correct Weapon proficiency chart?

Anyone has a link to a correct weapon proficiency chart? Cause most you find are outdated.
My cleric / fighter should get a proficiency pip at cleric lvl 4 but he didnt?

Is he a multi-class Fighter/Cleric?

If so you got your pip at Fighter level 3. You don't combine the proficiencies from both classes, you simply use the best rate of progression available (in this case the Fighter receiving a pip every three levels).

Dual class is a different subject.

He is multi. So i just use the fighter one? Always thought he uses both ^^.

Nope, as a multi he'll use the best one available, which is Fighter.

In that field dual class has the edge, since you acquire new points with your new class.
